Sprint Shares, Bonds Fall to Multiyear Lows on Turnaround Doubts

Two months ago I use sprint and go to t-mobile for two reasons:

1- When you take one call the data access to internet turn off, sometimes we need access to internet while call is active: so in this wireless it’s not possible.

2- I pay an bill by $348, when I finished the payment my account show me 0 balance and 3 min ago send me other email and one text message with $378.

I call customer service and the answer is “this is your balance Sr this is your problem I’m not fixed for you. What do you mean about to this case?
